The SZ Vodasafe VS-125 is a wireless video scanner designed to detect hidden cameras across three primary frequency bands: 1.2GHz, 2.4GHz, and 5.8GHz. Engineered for simplicity and effectiveness, this device scans simultaneously across all bands to identify wireless camera signals within a range of up to 300 feet (100 meters), depending on the transmitter’s power and environmental conditions. Its user-friendly design requires no professional expertise, making it ideal for privacy protection, security audits, and surveillance detection.
Features
Multi-Band Detection
Simultaneously scans 1.2GHz, 2.4GHz, and 5.8GHz frequencies to cover all major wireless camera bands.
Detects signals and displays live video feeds on a 3.5" high-resolution LCD screen, compatible with both color and B/W cameras.
Automatic Scanning & Signal Lock
Powers on with auto-scan mode, using red LED indicators to show real-time scanning progress for each band (CAM1: 1.2GHz, CAM2: 2.4GHz, CAM3: 5.8GHz).
When a signal is detected, the corresponding yellow band indicator lights up, and the screen displays the camera’s feed. Press the "Scan/Stop" button to lock the signal, with a red lock LED confirming the lock.
Video & Audio Adjustments
Fine-tune image clarity using the ± buttons for optimal reception.
Supports audio demodulation for popular frequencies:
2GHz: 6.0MHz (default), 6.5MHz, 5.5MHz (cyclic switching)
4GHz: 6.0MHz (default), 6.5MHz
5.8GHz: 6.5MHz (default), 6.0MHz
Audio output plays through the built-in speaker or headphones (jack available).
Power-Saving Mode
Enter power-saving mode by holding the "Band Selection" button while powering on. The LCD screen turns off but lights up automatically when a signal is detected, extending battery life to ~90 minutes (vs. ~60 minutes in normal mode).
AV Output & Recording
Three dedicated AV output jacks allow simultaneous recording of each band’s video and audio to a DVR (audio recording requires DVR with audio input, only for the displayed band).
Output video quality can be adjusted via tuners above the jacks.
LCD Monitor Controls
Screen On/Off, Menu (for brightness, contrast, color settings), and volume adjustment (via combo buttons).

Usage Notes
Warm-Up Time: Allow a few seconds for the device to warm up in cool environments if vertical lines appear on the screen.
Battery Care:
Recharge immediately when "Battery Low" indicator lights up.
